We specialize in the manufacture of composite product, with locations in Melbourne, Australia, and Rayong, Thailand. We have many years experience in providing just-in-time delivery of high-quality, engineered products for the transportation and infrastructure industries. Our team of engineers, toolmakers, and quality control experts ensure that all products meet the highest standards.
Our processes include the production of FRP composites (using both open and closed moulding techniques), thermoplastic vacuum forming, assembly of components, application of primer, and preparation for final paint coating.
We can create a plan that allows for the creation of prototypes and development of your product in Australia, followed by larger volume production at our plant in Thailand. A transition to off-shore manufacturing and stock control can be managed by Bolwell to ensure a steady supply of your product.
